This notice covers the Wrong Opera marketing website. The production application has its own account, payment and product terms, which you should review when signing up.
AI voice conversations
Kawl Now provides the optional AI voice widget on this website. The widget loads from app.kawlnow.com, which receives the browser request information needed to serve it. If you start a conversation, your question and the AI answer are processed to provide the service and saved in a transcript that our team can review. Microphone access requires your browser permission; you can end the conversation at any time. Please keep passwords, payment details, customer records and sensitive personal information out of the conversation. Contact us through this website for questions about a transcript or a privacy request.
Who we are
Wrong Opera is operated by Tenhaw LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 12735685. Tenhaw LTD is the data controller for the information this website collects. To correct or delete your information, use the privacy request form on this page.
Demo requests
If you submit a demo request, this website stores your name, email address, company, chosen format, message, submission time and record of your agreement to be contacted. Wrong Opera uses those details to review and respond to your request. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create a product account.
Storage and access
Demo requests and privacy requests are held in private Vercel Blob storage, each kind in its own folder. The website has no public endpoint for reading them. Authorised site operators can access them to handle the conversation. Please avoid including confidential scripts, sensitive personal information or payment details in the form.
Discovery-call bookings
The homepage includes a Cal.com booking calendar. It loads when you approach the booking section, connecting your browser to Cal.com. If you book a call, your name, email address, chosen time and any details you enter are sent to Cal.com and the Wrong Opera team to arrange the meeting. Booking does not create a product account or subscribe you to marketing emails. You can also open the booking page directly or email us. Cal.com sends the call invitation. The call takes place on Google Meet and is added to our Google Calendar, so Google also receives your name, email address and the call details. Wrong Opera uses those details to prepare for and hold the call.
The pitch scenes page also shows this calendar, but there it loads only when you choose to see available times, and nothing is sent to Cal.com before then.
Access applications
If you apply for access, this website stores your name, email address, whether you chose the free trial or the Studio licence, chosen format, what you told us you would make, the submission time and a record of your agreement to be contacted. Wrong Opera uses those details to review your application and reply to you. Applying does not create a product account or subscribe you to a newsletter, and an application is not a confirmation of access.

Free video previews
If your “Give it a try” description passes the safety check, we store your email address, chosen format, description, submission time and generation status to create your preview and limit repeat requests. This does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing emails. Your description and format are sent through Vercel AI Gateway to Groq for a content safety check, and to the video model provider if approved. Your email address is not included in either model request. Please avoid confidential material and sensitive personal information in your description.
Preview request records are held in private Vercel Blob storage. When previews are available, an essential session cookie lets this browser retrieve its own result and recover an interrupted request. It expires after 24 hours and is not used for advertising or analytics. Preview videos are temporarily hosted by the generation provider and are not a permanent file archive. Authorised operators can access request records to operate the service and handle privacy requests.
Abuse prevention
Forms use validation, a hidden anti-spam field and a hashed network identifier, which changes every hour or every day, to limit repeated submissions. Free previews also have per-email and total daily limits. Request records do not store the raw network address.
We check preview descriptions for hateful, abusive and other harmful content before generation. Limited safety-check records contain hashed browser and network identifiers, a request identifier, time and spending reservation. Rejected descriptions and email addresses are not saved in these records. Safety checks have daily attempt limits.
Cookies and measurement
We use Plausible Analytics to understand visits to this website and interactions with our application and demo forms, the pitch scene booking calendar and free video previews. Plausible provides aggregate reports about pages viewed, referring websites and campaigns, approximate location, device and browser types, and page engagement. It does not use analytics cookies or record browsing sessions for replay. Read Plausible’s data policy for details about how it processes visitor data.
Our conversion events record the page and button placement. A signup click is not a confirmed account creation, a saved application is not confirmed access, and a saved demo request is not a booked meeting. A booked call reported by the calendar is not a held call or an order. Preview events count accepted generation requests and results reported ready. We do not send names, email addresses, company details, descriptions, video links or submission references from our forms to Plausible. URL fragments and query parameters other than campaign tags are removed before events are sent.
Advertising cookies are optional and use the separate choice below. The hosting service may use essential infrastructure or access-control cookies.
If you allow Google Analytics in Cookies & measurement, Google uses analytics cookies to measure visits and page views. It stays off until you opt in. Google Analytics advertising features are disabled, and its events do not include form content, URL query strings or fragments. Google processes browser, device and network information; see Google’s privacy policy. You can withdraw your choice at any time in the same settings. Withdrawal stops further Google Analytics measurement and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies.
Optional advertising
Advertising is separate from analytics and Plausible. If you allow it in Advertising settings, Google Ads, provided by Google LLC, uses cookies, page addresses, browser, device and network information to recognise your visits and show Wrong Opera adverts on other websites. Page addresses can include campaign parameters. We do not add form answers, contact details or customer data to advertising events, and enhanced conversions are disabled.
Advertising stays off until you explicitly allow it. An earlier analytics choice does not grant advertising permission. Decline or withdraw it using Advertising settings in the footer without changing analytics or Plausible. Withdrawal stops advertising collection, removes this site's Google advertising cookies and reloads the page. Your separate decision and its date are kept in this browser's local storage. Your choice about measurement
Because Plausible measurement is cookieless and stores nothing on your device, it is on by default and we tell you about it rather than ask you to switch it on. You can turn it off at any time from at the foot of any page. Turning Plausible off stops its page counts and events from that moment, for as long as this browser keeps the setting. The choice itself is remembered in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, measurement is switched off automatically on your first visit and you are not asked again. You can still opt in deliberately from the same settings panel.

Use the form below to request a correction or deletion of a previous submission. Include the original submission reference if available. You do not need to provide company details or consent to sales contact. We use your email and message only to handle the privacy request.
